This site presents the web and mobile application and mobile and desktop game development services Beycode offers to businesses. No sales, sign-ups or payments take place through it; messages sent via the contact form are requests for a quote, and no contract is formed here. A service relationship arises only from a separately signed agreement.

2. User obligations

You must not use the site unlawfully or infringe third-party rights. On the contact form you must provide accurate information, must not enter another person’s details without their permission, and must not use the form for advertising or bulk messages.

3. Intellectual property

Software, design, text and images on the site belong to Beycode or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

4. Limitation of liability

Site content is for general information only and does not constitute a binding offer. We take care to keep it accurate and up to date, but its completeness and the uninterrupted operation of the site are not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site. Beycode is not responsible for the content of any third-party links.

These terms may be updated without prior notice; the current version is published on this page.

6. Governing law and jurisdiction

The laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply. The Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul Anatolia shall have jurisdiction.
