Data Subject Application Form

You may submit requests under Art. 11 of the KVKK using this form. Your application is answered within 30 days.

What your application must include

• Name, surname and signature if submitted in writing
• Turkish ID number (for foreign nationals: nationality and passport number)
• Residential or business address for notification
• Email, phone and fax if applicable
• Subject of the request

How to submit

• In writing: wet-signed to Sultançiftliği, Çekmeköy / Istanbul, Türkiye
• Email: beycodeinfo@gmail.com (from the address registered in our system)

Requests are answered as soon as possible and free of charge. If the process incurs an additional cost, the fee in the tariff set by the Board may be charged.
