Privacy Notice (KVKK)

2. Our Activity

Beycode provides web and mobile application development and mobile and desktop game development services. This site exists to present those services; no sales or sign-ups are taken through it — you can only send us a message via the contact form.

What data is processed on this site?

This is an informational site: no membership, orders or payments are taken. Personal data is processed only in the two ways below.

a) Contact form

If you submit the form on the contact page, your name, email address, phone number (optional), subject and message are stored, together with the submission time, a masked IP address (last segment zeroed) and browser information to prevent abuse. If you do not submit the form, none of this is collected.

b) Usage statistics (only with your explicit consent)

If you choose “Accept” on the cookie banner, anonymous usage statistics are collected:

• the address and title of the page you view
• browser information (user-agent)
• a masked IP address (e.g. 88.243.12.0)
• a random visitor/session number assigned to your browser (not linked to your identity)

If you choose “Decline”, none of these records are created and no third-party analytics tools are loaded.

As with any website, our hosting provider may keep technical access logs, processed by that provider for system security and diagnostics.

4. Purposes and Legal Grounds

Contact form data is processed to reply to your message, assess your quote request and manage communication with you, on the grounds of Art. 5/2-c of the KVKK (directly related to the formation of a contract — quote and service requests) and Art. 5/2-f (our legitimate interest in answering your request). The checkbox on the form confirms that you have read this notice; it is not a separate consent.

Usage statistics are processed to understand which parts of the site draw interest and to improve content, on the basis of your explicit consent under Art. 5/1 of the KVKK. Withholding consent does not restrict any service; the site works the same.

5. Transfers

Contact form data and usage statistics are stored in our own database. A cloud provider hosts the site. No Google Analytics, Tag Manager or advertising analytics tools are used. Personal data is not shared with third parties and is never sold for marketing.

International transfers: Hosting, database and file storage services for the site are provided on servers located abroad (EU and USA). Contact form data and usage statistics collected with your explicit consent are therefore transferred to the servers of these providers under Art. 9 of the KVKK.

6. Retention

Contact form records are deleted automatically after 2 years and usage statistics after 180 days. On request, your form record is deleted earlier. No other personal data of yours is stored.

7. Your Rights (Art. 11)

You may learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly, know third-party recipients, request correction or erasure, request notification of such actions to recipients, object to adverse outcomes of automated analysis, and claim damages.

8. Applications

Submit requests via the Data Subject Application Form to beycodeinfo@gmail.com or Sultançiftliği, Çekmeköy / Istanbul, Türkiye. Applications are answered within 30 days.
